Log In Help


In order to log in you must enter your email address and your Webnibus password (not your email password). If you have not signed up for a Webnibus account yet then you will not be able to log in.

The "Remember email" checkbox controls whether Webnibus will remember your email address and automatically have it entered in the form the next time you visit the site.

Site Requirements

Webnibus requires a web browser that supports cookies and JavaScript.
To use Webnibus your browser must support cookies and JavaScript and have both features enabled. If your browser does not meet these requirements Webnibus should display a warning. All modern browsers support cookies and JavaScript. If you need to find out how to enable these features please refer to your web browser's documentation.
A recent browser is strongly recommended.
While Webnibus does work with older browsers such as Netscape 4 and Internet Explorer 5, it is highly recommended that you upgrade to a more recent browser such as Mozilla Firefox, Netscape 7, Opera 7, or Internet Explorer 6 for Windows and Safari for Macs. Certain enhancements only work with the newer browsers.

Common Problems

If you are unable to log in the system will usually display an error message telling you what the problem was. Here are explanations of the most common problems:

Cookies are disabled.
Your web browser is not accepting cookies. Webnibus requires your web browser to accept cookies for you to be able to log in. To find out how to enable cookies refer to your browser's documentation.
The password is wrong.
Be aware that your password is case sensitive (capitalization matters), so make sure that caps lock is not turned on. Also remember to use your Webnibus password, not the password you use to check your email. If you have forgotten your password you can use the "Reset your password" link to have a password reset link emailed to you.
Your account can't be found.
No account matching your email address could be found. If you don't already have a Webnibus account you will need to sign up. If your email address has changed recently you should try entering your old email address.
